A Therapeutic Review aims to explore and build on the work already in place to support the mental health, well-being and attainment of the whole school.
Strategic Reviews
Led by the BEP Inclusion Lead and a Senior Pastoral colleague from another Birmingham School, these reviews are requested by the school and involve the Headteacher and senior colleagues establishing strengths and areas to develop.

Mental Health & NewStart
NewStart is an expert-led approach to whole school improvement for resilience. Currently funded through the NHS to work with secondary schools in the city, this asset-building approach helps school leaders to develop sustainable whole school and targeted systems that build resilience approaches to support pupils and staff and raise achievement over time in school.
